
Managing Your Subscription Box
Looking for help with making amendments to your subscriptions? Below you’ll find guides to help you quickly make edits, including changing your delivery schedule, changing the items in your box, and how to skip a delivery if you don't need one quite yet.
Change your delivery schedule
- If you are happy with your current bottle selection click NEXT STEP (twice)
- Adjust your delivery frequency from 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 weekly deliveries using the sliding bar
- Click through address and payment methods until you reach SAVE to store your changes
Change your products
- Click MAKE A CHANGE
- Use the drop-down menus to amend range, flavours and strengths of items
- Click through to delivery frequency, address and payment methods until you reach SAVE to store your changes
Skip a delivery
- Click SKIP, follow the prompt on screen to confirm
- If you do skip, you will need 1 renewal before you can skip again

Make changes to your subscription account details
Quickly make any changes to your delivery address or banking details in a few easy steps.
Please note that changing card details requires a dummy payment of £0.01 to register your new card. This will be returned within 3-5 working days.
Change your Address
- Login to your account
- View ADDRESS BOOK to see your saved addresses or to add a new address
- Once done visit MY SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Click EDIT on your active subscription
- Click MAKE A CHANGE
- Follow the prompts until you reach the address screen
- Choose the new address to have your future subscriptions delivered to
- Click NEXT STEP
- Click SAVE to store any changes
Change your card details
- To update your card details on your active subscription, please order this ‘dummy’ product by scanning the QR code and use your new card.
- Save the payment method to your account.
- Once done visit MY SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Click EDIT on your active subscription
- Click MAKE A CHANGE
- Follow the prompts until you reach the payment method screen, you can now choose your new card.
- Click NEXT STEP
- Click SAVE to store any changes

Failed payments
- Click MY SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Locate the relevant subscription and select UPDATE PAYMENT
- Follow the prompts on screen to add the subscription to your basket.
- Checkout using new payment details.
- The payment details will be stored against the subscription for future renewals.
